Returns:
All items are final sale. Due to their delicate nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged Products:
Although we ship with care, if your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by info@11thhousegallery.com.
Required Photos:
Provide the following photos for damage claims:

External Packaging Damage:
- Shipping label with package showing shipping number, origin and destination addresses, and weight.
- All 6 sides of the box (4 sides, top, and bottom) – 7 photos in total.
- Internal packaging damage.

Product Damage:
- Clear photos of the product’s damage.
Photos must be taken before opening the package. Claims without these photos, including the shipping label and all sides of the box, cannot be processed.
