Shipping policy
Shipping & Handling within the United States for a flat rate of USD 200.00/ item.
Orders are shipped from our artist's studios within 5 business days unless made-to-order. In the event that the order requires production lead-time, please allow 3-5 weeks. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Processing may be delayed during peak seasons or promotions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors like weather or customs.

Delivery Issues:
- Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for reshipping costs if the address is incorrect.
- Lost or Stolen Package: We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered," but we will assist with the claim process.
- Returned Package: If the package is returned due to address errors or failure to collect, the customer may request reshipment at their expense.
Returns:
All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of our products.
Damaged Products:
If a product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours to info@11thhousegallery.com. We will assist with the best solution. Please refer to our Return Policy for photo requirements.
